All prices listed in our catalog are recommended retail. If you would like access to our wholesale pricing you will need to contact us by email with your ABN, shop location and contact details for us to activate wholesale pricing for you.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Minimum Order: $200

Note: We offer exclusivity to clients in a particular town or suburb, only when they order in excess of $1000 each year.

ATTENTION NEW CLIENTS: Please email us before placing an order to avoid disappointment, as a large number of exclusivity arrangements are already in place around Australia. If your area is already taken, we will inform you if/when purchasing or exclusivity opportunities once again become available.

CREDIT TERMS

• Credit available after 2 initial purchases with an approved credit application.

• 30 days credit is given, during which timely payment is appreciated.

• Late payment may result in a suspension of credit.

• Jewellery purchased on credit is the responsibility of the purchaser and is not exchangeable until full payment.

SWAPPING STOCK

• Purchased stock is returnable for new stock as long as the amount returned does not exceed 10% of your original purchase.

• All returned stock must be in its original condition, with a copy of the original invoice.

GUARANTEE

• The Merchants of Venus guarantees every piece sold.

• Faulty stock returned due to manufacturing error is welcome as it helps us to keep in touch with any issues of quality control that need to be addressed.

• Any faulty stock will be repaired, replaced or swapped for a piece of equivalent value. No cash refunds will be given.

• All returned stock must include a copy the original invoice.

• If any stock is received in a damaged state, you must contact The Merchants of Venus within 7 days to advise us so we may issue you with a Return Authority.
